The number of restaurants Ron Stuart has helped build and design over the years adds up to well over a thousand. As the new Director of Design and Construction for Another Broken Egg of America Franchising, he will oversee the buildout of our new locations, as well as the updating of many of our current ones. Ron came to us from Smoothie King, where he started as a Restaurant Designer and worked his way up to the title of Director of Design. Between the two positions, he had a hand in designing, building or remodeling over 500 locations. Before that, Ron worked as a Store Designer for Jimmy Johns, where he was involved in opening over 1,100 new locations over a period of six years. In addition, he was proud to serve his country as a member of the U.S. Army.
