Culinary Advisor

Jason Knoll has worked with Another Broken Egg of America Franchising, LLC since 2010 and serves as our culinary advisor.   Jason graduated from the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park in 1994 and went on to work for independent restaurants on the Florida panhandle and was awarded the Dirona Achievement of Distinction in Dining on two separate occasions. From 2005 to 2010 Jason served as the Multi-Unit Director of Operations for Ruth Chris Steak Houses, Trader Vic’s and a Florida-based catering facility. In his role as culinary advisor at Another Broken Egg of America Franchising, LLC, Jason is responsible for all aspects of culinary development for the brand including research and development, product innovation and new menu launches.
