June 05, 2024 // Franchising.com // DENVER - Another Broken Egg Cafe, the award-winning, elevated ‘NextGen Casual’ daytime-only restaurant, announced today that father-and-son duo and experienced local restaurant operators, Marc and Zach Rogers, along with long-time friend and partner, Brian Jones, have signed a multi-unit franchise agreement to bring five locations to Northern Colorado, spanning from North Denver to Fort Collins.
The first unit is slated to open in Fort Collins, the Rogers’ home market, in the fall of 2024 and will be situated at 2909 East Harmony Road next to Fuzzy’s Tacos.

Marc, Zach and Brian, the savvy owner/operators behind Colorado-based Rogers Restaurant Group, oversee the operations of 16 Fuzzy’s Tacos across the state as well as Newk’s Eatery in Fort Collins. Now, they are expanding their portfolio by introducing Another Broken Egg Cafe to Colorado. Zach, like his father, has extensive experience working in nearly every position within the restaurant business, including full-service and fine dining. Brian has been with Fuzzy’s Tacos in Colorado since the beginning and has more than 20 years of experience in both fast casual and full-service. This diverse background will enable the team to deliver guests the exceptional service that Another Broken Egg Cafe is renowned for.
