Jason Knoll is Vice President of Culinary at Another Broken Egg of America, Inc. Jason graduated from the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park in 1994 and went on to work for two independent restaurants on the Florida panhandle where he was awarded the Dirona Achievement of Distinction in Dining on two separate occasions. From 2005 to 2010 Jason served as the Multi-Unit Director of Operations for two Ruth Chris Steak Houses, one Trader Vic’s and a Florida-based catering facility. In his role as Vice President of Culinary at Another Broken Egg of America, Inc., Jason is responsible for all aspects of culinary development for the brand including research and development, product innovation and new menu launches.
